Hailing from Southern California is DJ Frantik. Born and raised in San Diego, DJ Frantik has been steadily makin' tracks from LA to SD over the last 6 years, providing musical soundscapes consisting of Hiphop, Downtempo, Neo-Soul, Funk, and Reggae with flavor unparalleled. DJ Frantik has shared the stage with the likes of Supernatural, Myka Nyne, Deep Rooted, Visionaries, Rahzel, Scarub, Zion I, C Rayz Walz, Pigeon John, Casual, Abstract Rude, and Oneself just to name a few. Over the years, Frantik has been an integral contributer to the Hiphop culture in Southern California, putting on events with Session A at Cal Poly Pomona, Summer Sessions at R.E.H.A.B. Records in west LA, and most recently, The DownBeat in downtown San Diego. As a founding member of The DownBeat Sound System, you can find Frantik @ his bi-weekly event: Chief Rocka, that goes down @ Red C Lounge on 2nd & 4th Thursdays. You can also catch Frantik with Beat Brother Fred Savage @ Jimmy Love's in downtown San Diego every Saturday for Saturday Night Live. Frantik has also been recently added to Massive Selector, holding down spins for Future Classic and other Massive Selector events in San Diego.
